no. im sorry there is no official list. you will have to search thru the citizen-subforum, which is hard to do. if you compiled one, then PLEASE open a thread for it to make it public ;-)
see this as the first contribution to the game...
maybe a thread titled "citizen-groups", with the first post stating that there should be no discussion in the thread. tell all leaders or founders of the citizen groups to open one post for each group, with the name and a list of all participants, with a link to the discussion thread for the group.
dont forget to also open a second thread for discussion about your list (check the census and registry-threads for getting how to do it). Cross-linked, of course ;-)

if you dont want to do it youself, just state it here and someone else will.

Maybe, but my magazine is not a newspaper it is a place for people to discuss foreign policy of the week!

you should post in this thread http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24142 where it is discussed at the moment wheter to build one and how this would have to look. If you want to vulunteer you could contact chieftess, for example.

i know the province of ameri has its own webpage as posted in its thread though.

I want to get a bunch of info on the cities, ie what theyn have what they're building, and also our total income expenses what they're made of, and all the resources we have and we are are importing or exporting. I tried downloading 1250 pheonicia however I screwed up what to open it with, and I can't really do it that way anymore, any help?

The save game files are usually zipped using winzip. Try unzipping them then you should be able to load the save file in Civ 3.
