In the constitution, where it talks about renaming cities, is the 2 day poll posted in the citizen's sub-forum, the Province thread, or both?
Where is the thread to apply for CAP funds? Is there an existing thread I've overlooked or should I use the Budget thread?

Standard Citizen Poll. 2 days, in the Citizen forum. There should be a post in the Province thread to the poll thread - it will help with attendance.
There's no specific thread for CAP. Request funds in the budget thread and get support from the Culture and Foreign Affairs departments. You could probably turn it all over to Culture if you can convince them that the CAP program should be extended to Prov6. It should be an easy sell - just show them the province map.

What file format should we use when working on the Constitution?
UPDATE: Due to mechanical difficulties, the option to post in MS Word as well as HTML is not possible. The working copy of the Constitution will be done in MS Word.
