The following amendment is being voted on by the Council. Should the At-Large votes be placed FOR or AGAINST it?

Amendment 2: Quorum Requirement for Polls

Forum poll results will not be considered valid until a certain number of voters have responded. These numbers are:
Council Votes: 4 respondents
Citizen Polls: 13 respondents

This amendment was discussed here and was chosen by poll over its alternatives here.

This poll will run for 48 hours, until 18:30 GMT on Sunday June 2.
