Well, a new term means a new thread, (click HERE to see last term's thread.) :)

This is the official thread of the Province of Ameri.

i still have some naming requests though:
the upper coast should be called "outer rim", as this is the ocean front.
the coast on the right of the map should be called "inner rim" as this is only a small patch of ocean to china.

im also wondering which mountains are called which name. i think you choose "iron mountains" for the ones right of new york.
but what about those left of san-franciso and left of civanatoria?
and the rivers?
 
The rivers have not been named, I belive that all the mountians are called the iron mountians (because they are all joined), and the Inner and Outer rim names have been accepted. :)

Any other name suggestions are appriciated (and they stand a good chance of being accepted, too).
 
such beutiful lands, I wish to make my home here, my home shall be in New York, Ill open a small grocery store there.
 
i would suggest no to name the whole range the iron mountains, since they change direction and in rl this is not usual to have the same name for them.
as you see when looking on the geographical map of phoenatica, the mountains along the ameri/normandy valey seem to consist of 2 separate ranges, which were built by 2 different drift-directions of the tectonic plates.
hence, 2 mountain ranges should be named ;-)
i propose the iron mointains are the ones going norht<->south, and the east<->west going along ameri and normandy should be named differently
(also, the 2 names just look nicer on the map)
 
This is a reminder too all cabinet members and governers to post their turn chat instructions here for tonight's turn chat, if you haven't done so already.
 
Plexus, what do you feel about how productive our citizens are? Couldn't NY's citizens be working harder? Also, I've heard the the citizens of Atlanta are not that happy. Is there anything we can do for them?

Also, how do you feel about getting more cities in your province? I see a couple possible locations which may pay off strategically:
- by the saltpeter between SF and El-Amarna
- past Seattle close to China
Anything we can do there?
 
i thought of that, i will probablly build a factory in NY and a market in Atlanta. :)

I should be more clear. I meant the citizen entertainer or specialist who could be working and would be still happy.
