Civ2 City Icons Version 2

Here is a revision of Morten Blaabjerg's civ2 city icons patch. It keeps the music note cultural icon (as opposed to the bible) and the happy/content faces (as opposed to the dreaded elvis). I've increased the brightness and pumped up the yellow in the color balance to make the food/shield/commerce icons easiuer to view.
