I'm not sure if this belongs here, as it s a mod of a mod, not a mod of the original Civ3 but it is a graphics mod 
Besides, some DyP players (Double your Pleasure - the best Civ3 mod out there
) may not be following the 44 page DyP thread, and this might just perhaps serve as inspiration for other mods or "regular" Civ3 players. It also gives a preview of some of the exiting structures available in DyP 
I have annotated the build queue of the DyP mod.
It now has
- icons to give an overview of the effects
- blue bars for culture
- red bars for maintenance
- yellow bars for pollution (not shown above) and
- X's (lower left) to list structures that are prerequisites for others (there are quite a lot of these dependencies in DyP).
This is version 2.0beta. I would like to improve some of the icons, thus the beta, it ought to be fairly bugfree.
