Help. Stealth Bomber and Jet Fighters have Scrambled Animations

There are strange clipings in the Jet Fighter and Stealth Bomber Attack Animations . I am not sure if it is just my game. After I Discovered a strange Scrambling and Cliping with Flicster. There is no bugs that is causing this to happen in Civ3, It is the File itself. I even looked at the Stealth Bomber's Attack Animations with flicster. Yet the Stealth Bomber has nasty Clipings in it while the Jet Fighter had the worst. I have posted the zip file with the two *.flc files with the Scrablings and Clipings. (Since It will take a long time to put the frames into an animated GIF) (Note: I have not touched these files) Incase if someone does not have the problem and possibly use it for comparing it with the Normal with the Scrambled with flicster.
If anyone has the Normal Jet Fighter and Stealth Bomber Attack Animations with out the nasty clipings, Can you please post them. Thanks

EDIT: zipped *.Flc of the aninimations not neccessary. Replaced with Aninated GIf's insted.

Incase if any modernators ask. I was not sure where to post this tread. It is not a Bug report nor a Game problem.

I have Finaly Gotten around and Creating Proof Animations of the problem. There is a reason I had the Frame rate slow. So it can be easyer to spot the errors.

Jet Fighter Quarks (No not the stuff inside Protons and Neutrons )

You are going to have to Look carefully on this one. Most of the errors consist of black lines and blobs.
