As you should know, in the last turn chat, the Iroquois attacked us by blizting one of our greatest cities, PDX. While we have superior weaponry to the Iroquois, the Iroquois do have vast amounts of riflemen, and metropolises (high defense). They do have oil, and they may be researching flight. If you haven't done so already, please read the The Iroqouis War, Citizen discussion and Advice Thread thread. This poll will be active for 4 days.

I think it would be better to move even more resources and soldiers in to the border cities, and leave some inner cities undefended won't matter, since there's the railway. It's better than mobilizing and the actural effect is more or less the same on the front line, and culture doesn't get affected.

Since mobilization would delay repairs to PDX, I'm completely agianst mobilization at this point. If things make a turn for the worse and everyother nation is raining hellfire upon, then yeah, maybe we should mobilize, but we're fine now and we'll be fine! :)

The biggest reason I see for not mobilizing is that PDX would have to wait until after the war to rebuild its cultural improvements. Mobilization might also negatively impact our wonder building program.

No mobilisation.Only 1 or 2 draft per city when mech infantry is available.
Im against mobilisation becuase it will halve our cultural output and If we capture a iroqiuos city Then we cannot rush temples.
Wartime mobilisation?=NO!

I voted No - but I really would have preferred to say "Not yet". If we are attacked by another Civ, before we finish the war with the Iros, then I think the answer would definately be Yes.
