I voted to just fill out Kashmir, but as I see, I supported a losing cause. Since it appears we'll be going to Salamanca, I don't beleive we should stop there. If we're going to break the mule's legs, killing it off, is the right thing to do. Without Salamanca taking the rest of thier cities should be no problem, and would prevent future problems.
This is a resonable proposition and we probably won't want to stop at Salamanca anyway. However, stopping at Salamanca and the two cities to the north gives us an easy to defend border with only 3 passes! Sure, the Iro's will still be there, but totally unable to launch any kind of dangerous attack. Furthermore, they could act as a buffer against the Indians, now that we know we can't trust anyone. I think the good border beats the advantage of eliminating the Iro's from the continent and having a new border with a dangerous enemy!
