This is the building que for Asphinxia:
Thebes- Bomber [C:1], Research Lab [2], Bombers [2 each]
Memphis- Research Lab [Change:5], Courthouse [3], Mech Inf
Elephantine - Tank [C:1], Research Lab [2], Tanks [2 each]
Byblos- Hospital [C:3], University [7], Tank
Abydos- Hospital [Change:13], Research Lab [9]
Callisto- Artillary [C:7], University [7], Hospital [11]
El Amarna- University [C:2], Destroyer [11]
Anyang- University [C:7], Police Station [13]

I would call upon the workers in our province to work on improving the resource production of our lands. There are several improtant tasks that need to be accomplished:
1. Road (not rail) on the Uranium east of Elephantine
2. Mine and rail the oil near both Memphis and Anyang
3. Mine the plains west of Memphis
4. Mine the deserts north and northeast of Byblos
5. Mine the roaded hills northeast of Callisto

I probably won't be here for the chat, so the next in CoC will the be DP. :) BTW, there's still some workers that were building/irragation around Thebes, and clearing jungle around Alexandria from the last turn chat instructions. (not to mention Alexandria is diseased). Those Thebesian workers will need to be defended - didn't get to do that on turn 5.

Espionage
FA has asked and been approved for espionage in the following cities:
Grand River: 35 gold
Tonawanda: 88 gold
Salamanca: 174 gold

to do the Investigate city command to view the city garrison (and any other information). I don't mean to it to be a turn 0 thing. I will leave it at the discretion of the chat group to best use these allocations as they see fit, as circumstances best serve, and, if needed, altered (since the face of war can change drastically).

Spies
FA has posted polls for planting spies. I won't be around to see the polls end. Therefore, I leave it to the Chat group to look at the spy polls, take the results, and apply them to whether or not we plant spies.

Please remember my preference in planting spies:
- Each nation must have greater than 50% support to plant a spy in. Ties go to NOT planting.
- No more than 1 attempt to plant a spy anywhere in a turn.
- Attempt plants every other turn.
- Attempt them with the nation of highest favourability down to the lowest (>50% minimum).
- If a plant fails, put the nation on the bottom of the list to try again later.

Here is each poll:
England
Rome
China
India
Aztecs
Babylon
Zulu

So far, it appears China is the only nation where a plant spy operation is approved.

China War
According to this poll FA posted: Should we pursue an agressive campaign against China?, no direction has been approved to make a single attack in Chinese territory. While China has a MPP with Zulu, it would be dangerous to make any attack on any Chinese military unit in their territory because it would bring the Zulu against us. We should defend or attack Chinese units in ours or neutral territory until either:
a) Approval from a poll grants it.
b) MPP between China and Zulu expires and no new MPPs were made by China.
c) Circumstances change greatly.

FA recommends re-checking the MPP status often during the turn to see if b) is satisfied.

Move Regular Mech. Inf. and Regular Inf. from Cyrus to fortify and defend two of the 3 undefended Workers near Memphis and Abydos. To Defend the remaining undefended worker take the Mech infantry from Elephantine.

Drive into Iro. Territory to take Grand River, Tonawanda, and Salamanca.

Preturn:
Move all our Artillary to one of the Irrigated Squares south of Grand River.
Follow up with the Infantry Army to Guard the Artillary between turns.

Espianoge Expenses
035g - Investigate Grand River
088g - Investigate Tonawanda
174g - Investigate Salamanca
for a total of 297 gold

Use simular stradigies for the assaults on Tonawanda and Salamanca.
Put Tanks right next to the city, with Artillary with Infantry guard one square back, and within the 2 square bombard range of Artillary to "soften" up the target.

At this time, the following rushes and requests have been approved:

080g - rush Cathedral in San Francisco
120g - rush rush Library in Hangchow after resistance is quelled
272g - rush harbor in Robinville on turn 8

297g has been approved for the Military Dept. for covert intel gathering in the Iroquois cities listed in the Military Dept. post. These espionage missions should take place on pre-turn.

There is a small discretionary fund (70g) to spend on the planting of a spy in China if the poll approving this action shows a positive response at chat time. If any of the other polls supporting the same action in other nations show a positive response, discretionary spending by the DP is approved.

New Cormyr has not posted build queues at this time.
At this time no other funding is approved.

Preturn Save

We took Grand River, Tonawanda, then Salamanca. The Iro refused to be reasonable and offer a single of their surrounded cities for peace so we're trying to take them.
We took Oil Springs.
Heiraconpolis temporarily flipped back to the Iro before we retook it. We have rushed Libraries in nearly all (if not all) the conquered cities.
And our Inf. are all Mech (except those in the army).
We also completed trades for flight with Zulus, Babs, English, and Indians.

It's 1675 and All our military objectives up to Salamanca have been taken. Peace is in sight. But negotiations are being put up for debate.

We have learned the Secrets of Minitrization, the Scientists tell us we can now build offshore platforms to get production from the sea.

Yes, Falcon thought he uninstalled 1.29, but didn't, and only noticed after doing some build queues and attacking the Iroquois.

BTW, did you mention that the Zulus took Greece? (Troy)
Greece is dead.
