This is a poll to determine if the Foreign Affairs Dept. should attempt to plant a spy in Azteca. With a majority "yes" vote, FA will attempt to plant the spy here. With a tie or majority "no" vote, FA will not attempt to plant the spy. If circumstances or sentiment changes, or sufficient time has passed, FA may poll again. The polls will run up to the next Turn Chat on July 20.
FA will attempt to plant spies in the following fashion:
- Gather Approved spy list (greater than 50% support necessary).
- Attempt a single spy plant in one nation with the one attempt coming every 2 turns.
- Order of spy plants will be from the highest support from the polls to the lowest.
May I remind the risks of planting spies:
Target civ declaring war.
Total cost in gold (added up by every spy we plant).
Damaged reputation with the target civ.

Space Ship progress.
Other Espionage missions.
