The attached image is the battle field. We have Salamnca, however, the capital moved immediately north, causing concern for culture flipping. Salamanca has Leo's Workshop, the Pyramids, and Copernicus Observatory. This poll is to decide what to do, as the war is nearly over.
Another concern of note. Flight is out in the open, so that means the Iroquois could start building planes if the war continues.

If we do take Niagara Falls, the next capital may be Centralia (based on city size), then Cattaraugus. The Iroquois do have 2 cities on islands, so it is possible to take their mainland territory without a reputation hit.
