Asphinxian Vote - City Names (Citizen Mood)

OK, I'm trying something a bit new here...

This is a Poll for Asphinxian Residents only, please do not reply if you are not an Asphinxian.

There is a possibility a city in our province will be re-named next term. I want to know which city name, people are least fond of.
Thebes
Memphis
Elephantine (happy Danke?)
Abydos
Byblos
El Armarna
Callisto

(Arrakis and Enke can't be renamed just now)

My personal preference is Callisto, but this is not a 'governmental position' and don't let it influence you (though I know you're all too clever to listen to me).

Post the city and a reason (if you like)
This poll is for citizen mood and is thus NON-BINDING, just so you know.

Any city change would require a national poll, but this is just so that I know what the people who live here think.

I personally don't like the name of Abydos, since I'm the mayor I'm entitled to not like it! haha

Personally I like them all the way they are at the moment.

Oddly enough, I *hated* the name Elephantine (which you left off your list by the way) when I first became mayor, but now I have embraced it and wouldn't think of changing it.

If I had to vote, I guess I woulkd vote for Callisto.

I know Raven1er, I dont think El Armana needs to be renamed due because of me typing incorrectly. I may have gotten used to typing El Armana by now. . There is nothing wrong with the name El Armana (Hey I did it without the cut-n-paste method ) Anyway lets put this little problem behind us .
