How do you get out of a ROP agreement? I need to do so now in my current game. What is the general consensis about them on this board? I love this game !

Assuming the twenty turns is up:

Enter diplomatic negotiations with whatever civ you want to cancel the agreement with, and click on "Active Deals" (near the bottom). The ROP agreement will be listed. If the twenty turns isn't up, there'll be a number next to the deal and the text will be greyed out. Otherwise, the text will be black and no number will be listed. Renegotiate the deal or cancel it from there.

Ok kilroy's sugestion may be the smartest idea, but i like mine better. Just wipe the other civ off the face of the earth. It's a lot more fun and you and Germany will have somthing to talk about in front of the water cooler the next day.

And destroy your rep with the other civs? Not worth it, if you can get out of an RoP using some other more peaceable way. Not unless of course you two are the only civs still standing or that the rest are just wimps... Then by all means, go for it. :D
