Welcometo the Republic of Poland's thread. Poland is the most feared nation in the world and it is now beleived that the true might of communism in the Cold War rested with the mighty Poles. Another theory holds that Poland gave the idea of civilization to the Early peoples of earth and that the garden of eden is located there.

Poland gained its independence in 1918 only to be overrun by Germany and the Soviet Union in World War II. It became a Soviet satellite country following the war, but one that was comparatively tolerant and progressive. Labor turmoil in 1980 led to the formation of the independent trade union "Solidarity" that over time became a political force and by 1990 had swept parliamentary elections and the presidency. A "shock therapy" program during the early 1990s enabled the country to transform its economy into one of the most robust in Central Europe, boosting hopes for acceptance to the EU. Poland joined the NATO alliance in 1999.

this means what to me?

The President stood before the throbbing, cheering crowd. He was going to sign the orders to Invade Lithuania in a matter of minutes and all of these people anticipated the birth of the Polish Empire.
"Lithuania has refused our righteous offer to purchase their nation, they must now taste cold steel as it hurls itself forth in our bullets and feel the burn of our Hinds!" The People cheered at the mention of the UU. He raised his hand up and shouted:

"For Poland!"

For some reason I find myself rooting for Poland??

Invade Germany just for the revenge factor!!!

I've been considering it. But i'm building my base first.

bulid a couple of Armoured Divisions and use all your troops and you could take it. The extra money from Germany would pay for the losses you would take. but its your call

Actually my cheif fear is being conqured from whithin if you understand. We are Polish, we are the dominant nation, that is understood in Belarus, Lithuania and maybe could be understood in the Ukraine, but the german people would make us feel pressured to maintain control in Warsaw. The People of the world would veiw us as german rather than polish i fear.

I rekon you could get away with it for most of Easten Europe, Besidies you could raze Berlin so they get the picture that they are now poles

I have a better idea......
