This is my first unit.

This unit is based on the German C2 Leopard used in the Canadian Forces. It is not an exact replica however I like to use it to ad flavor to the game. Allowing only some nations to build it. Also I use it in other mods as an advanced tank hence the name "C3".

The C3 unit also has the ability to camouflage however this creates a small coloration change for a second at the start of an attack. The camouflage only looks good on Grassland, Hills or Mountains and if not liked can be removed from the ini file. This unit if liked will be updated with more animations.

Known errors: coloration change before attack due to camouflage and rapid-fire cannon (why its an advanced tank).

np...looks sweet. Another tank to add to my now numerous collection. Thanks for the unit:goodjob:
 
Hunter - love the dust trail on run animation! However, the death amimation is a bit rubbish...

Since the unit is such a dark colour, you might want to think about how you could get better defination. perhaps the civ-specific colours could cover more of the tank? And have you thought about a fortify flc that didn't have the camouflaging?

The reason for the camo is that you normally you don't leave a tank out in a field without hiding it. Planes attack choppers or artillery can spot them to easily. So if they are standing still for long periods they are usually covered.

Or at least in all the photos I've ever seen.
 
perhaps the camouflage in your unit could be less drastic. Rather than any animation, or the wholr tank going green - why not just have the default flc switch to being suddenly covered in netting?

Great work Hunter.
I will use this as Leopard 1 (6 000 tanks exported) and
Italy s MBT Ariete.
Still no T-72 around.....
50 000 tanks produced.
