New popHeads.pcx allows you easier see citizen's gender, nationality, culture group, happiness(or job)

I don't think so personally. It might start to look too cluttered when you have 20-30 of these citizen heads crammed together on the Domestic Advisor screen.
They look good, very funny like the Powerpuff Girls vs Civ3 :)
