If you have it on your HD, just POST REPLY and you will have an ATTACHEMENT option on the bottom of that window....just browse after the file.

just opened up the pcx in Paint Shop Pro and saved a copy as a jpeg. Jpegs attached to posts show up as the image, not as a download link
