The company is publicly held with 100 shares of stock issued. The company itself holds 50 shares. Stock amount will be taken into account in all decision making processes with proper weight applied per share. Majority weight shall decide all issues. The company will be run in day to day business by an autonomous CEO elected by the board.

The Board
The board is comprised of all stockholders owning 5 or more shares of stock. All stockholders may attend board meetings and are free to speak at them. Only board members may vote.

Distribution of Profits
Profits will be distributed via dividend according to shares with the company retaining its own profits. Company funds may be used at the discretion of the CEO for the day to day running of the company, speculation in related endeavors, investment and expansion of the company. The CEO will be paid 20% of gross sales.

Contract with RPG Management
Equirias will supply a riding horse to all new citizens of Fanatika at a discounted price of 200g, to be paid by the RPG Management.

Our first order of business is to select a CEO. This is a public company and anybody may apply for the position. We will accept applications Thursday and Friday and the Board will vote on Saturday.

Here you go, Cyc. The finest horseflesh available. The hunter is a bit spirited but has the wits to go with it. I figured you'd want a horse who can fend for itself in a scrap, seeing as you'll be spending a lot of time in the wilderness. The cart is ready and your other horse will be just fine to pull it. We've also thrown in a bag of oats. Hunters are high energy beasts and need a good portion of high protein meals.

There was a limit of 5 shares in the first 24 hours. After 24 hours there were 10 shares left. I bought 5, Padma bought 4 and SAAM bought 1.
