It don't mean a thing....
Now is a time for great decisions in the Empire. Our cities lead the world in production but they need strong leadership to ensure that this production is directed in the way that people want, and not to the construction of even more concert halls and discotheques for our Elvis impersonators to play.
GaryNemo is the current Domestic Advisor and he is doing a great job: keeping track of all our production and when the cities will fall into disorder, dealing with it when they do, posting lots of complicated but useful polls and trying to get us to build lots of filler cities whenever possible. Look out for Minute Nemo, Titchy Nemo and Baby Nemo in unused squares near you!
duke o' york (me) seems to be doing all right with the election polls but they're only once a month and don't require a massive amount of time. A veteran of the last Demo game (I think that Dell and I were there at the start), I have held lots of positions with a not-too-bad strike rate but work commitments mean that I may have to leave some Domestic work to my deputy if appointed. My policy is that everyone should vote for GaryNemo because he's doing a great job.
Ren is a fomer Military adviser and this may influence his production choices, but who could argue with more troops? His policy for this election seems to be similar to my own, but could he become the Town planner from Townsville? ainwood's success at Ren's old department suggests that Civ players from down under are nearly as good as their cricket teams (at Civ, not cricket, and at cricket not Civ - if you get that. Not sure I do.
