Welcome to S&E incorporated. S&E is a combanation of Strider's Auction House and Ehecatl's Barters. On top of auctioning and bartering we also sell a variety of foreign items and also some standard items:

Discount Card

For only 500g you can buy an S&E inc. Discount card. If you buy a card you then receive 10% off all purchases. Also the discount card might allow you to get a free item when you make your purchase also. Auctions, Barters, and Guards does not count on this card.

We will strive to hold the largest number of foreign items around.

S&E inc. Auctions
These are the auctions that we do ourselves. Not the one's we get hired to do. The items we will auction off will be listed below. When a * appear ext to the item it means that the auction is going to start tommorow. When a ** appears next to it it means that it has started. S&E inc. gets all of the profit.

Items:
*Bed Set Includes: Twin Bed, Light Blanket, Heavy Blanket, and Quilt
Starting Bid: 100g
Increments: 10g

Living room Set Includes: Large Table, 4 Chairs, 5 candle lamps, and Desk
Starting Bid: 150g
Increments: 25g


Business Auctions
All business auctions will be hosted in a seprate thread. The current bussiness owner gets to name the starting bid and what they want increments of. S&E inc. gets 20% of the profits from these types of auctions.

Personal Auctions
Personal auctions are auctions where the current owner of a tile/share wish's to auction them off. They get to pick the starting bid and what they want increments of. They have a choice between having it hosted in this thread or a seprate thread. S&E inc. gets 30% of the profits from these auctions.

Liquidation Auctions
S&E inc. will handle any bank liquidation auctions that are needed. S&E inc. gets 10% of the profits and everything else is decided by the buyer.

how come rare gems are so cheap? if they are so easy to acquire, they wont be rare.

Jdd: Because the demand for gems are not very high right now. As demand moves up price moves up.

Just incase you guys are wondering the differance between a gem and a gemstone is a gemstone is the gem unpolished and uncut. The gem is polished and cut.

i did not know that, strider. i want to auction off 3 equirias shares and 3 DFZ shares, either as a package or individually. can you do this for me? if not, i will auction them off by myself.

I have an item for you.

I was recently walking along my beachfront property, when my toe hit something. I stopped, cause my toe was hit, and looked at it. It was a ring, washed up from far away shores, or lost from a lone rider. I picked it up, and was thrilled. I researched it in every library in the land. It turns out, that Montezuma himself, was riding along the beach when his ring fell off. I know his because of the symbols on it. I kept the ring for a few years, but alas, it is fitted, and my finger has grown too big. I would get it re-fit, but i cant bring myself to have such a masterpiece worked on. I wish to either sell to you, or auction it off. Can, i hear an offer of what youll buy it for? If I dont like the number, ill just put it up for auction. Either way, you get money.

I do not plan on giving up any of my 50% of this company. If ehecatls wants to sell some of his 50% then it's fine with me.

Also if you want to auction it off five me your starting price and the increment.
