This is a poll of the citizenry to set Fanatikan policy.

In accordance with Code of Standards, Section F, I post this Official poll which can be binding, depending on the outcome. If the option of Maybe - Conditionally is chosen, then a follow on discussion and poll must occur to define those conditions.

Hehe. As many of you know from last game, I will pop rush at the drop of a hat, if it will provide a benefit that outweighs the cost.

Once again, a "maybe" vote. I don't particularly like pop-rushing, but will often use it to sneak in a quick temple in newly captured cities that are at high risk of culture flipping.
