The following is an image containing nearly every proposal that was submitied between now and last night. The poll is a multi choiced 3 dayer (since we dont know how long the forum will be down). Please vote for all of your favorites, or if you dislike any of them, make up your own.

I would have to agree with Donsig as "H" being the first choice for a city placement. My second choice of these would probably be "J". I really can't see why we would want to put another Settler factory next to our other settler factories.

Well, I proposed one between your spot trader/warrior and the G spot. My suggestion did not make the poll either. :(

I don' t think we have time to do a second poll but I suggest we use the results of this info poll to decide the general area we are to build the two cities in and then poll for specific sites within the two areas.

There are 4 areas under consideration in this poll:

NE: A, B, C, H = 18 votes
SW: D, J = 11 votes
W: G = 8 votes + 2 other votes
NW: F, I, K = 14 votes + 1 other vote

Interpreting the poll results this way means we'd build cities in the NE and NW areas. Using the straight site votes we'd build in G and J (W and SW)!

Any comments on how to interpret what this poll means?

now my interpretation:

we have 3 areas where to build:
1) (B or A with C) or H [H is conflicting with A, B and C]
2) J,D
3) G
4) I,K,F [K is conflicting with I and F]

now this would be the result now:
1) ?!? i cant interpret this 4 in 1 option?!?
but i would say H won against A,B and C
2) J won
3) hmmm G was the only option?!?
4) I won.
now to that, we would have the locations:
G, H, I, J ?!?

after all, i think i cant really interpret this

Donsig
I believe you mean SE, but I agree. While the overwhelming majority of people favor expansion to the Northwest and West, America is quickly closing in on our flank and we must stop their advance before filling in our rear.

 This is funny. t/w attacks one of our own cities, kills an untold amount of our own citizens, is still proud of what he did, yet we allow him to stand on a soapbox to proclaim his rights.
Ahhh, life in Fanatika...

My interpretation: Poll G and J. Keep H on the back burner for later.

Methinks we need a poll on how to interpret this poll. ;)

Yes, I meant SE. :o

I think disorganizer made a couple good points. First, it's really difficult to interpret this poll. Second, the follow up poll (which should be posted soon) should include the top vote getting site from each area.

My interpretation:
This is an informational poll. None of the resultsmay stand right now.

Currently, G and J are tied. SAaM can use his authority as leader to break the tie. Then, he could poll his choice of the two for the first settler in Y/N/A format, and do the same for the other choice for the second wettler.

I think we can determine a few things from this poll and I think we should move forward on it so that we don't waste the next turn chat waiting on yet another poll.

Here's what we do know:

There were 18 respondents. Of which, 12 (67%) voted for site G, 12 (67%) voted for site J, and 10 (56%) voted for site H. While there were other popular sites, these three were the only ones approved by a majority of the respondents.

Seeing as we now have less than 48 hours until the next t/c, I suggest that the domestic department post a quick poll with these three choices to determine where the next city should be built, followed by another quick poll of the remaining two choices to determine where the second city should be built.

This does not exclude the other sites from future consideration. It simply allows for the people to determine the next two locations from the top three choices. The other sites will be added to the next poll after this t/c for determining the third, fourth, fifth cities, etc....

I say A,G and J.
