i think we should consider the monotheism deals as if we dont trade them then another civ will. most of the map deals are rubbish thought but i thought you might like to know.
Also maybe we should make more friends at the moment most leaders are cautious to us at best this is making trade very difficult.

The only deals I really like are the Monotheism ones.
I think we should trade each country our Monotheism for their map and gold, I think that would be beneficial for the nation and would prevent trade deals being made by other countriesd and them getting the gold instead of us.

these are all lousy trades! (no offense)
IMHO, we shouldnt do any of them. We'd just end up kicking ourselves later over them.

I like the indian, rome, and egypt deal with monotheism, but if we give it to them we have to give it to everyone(or should as it allows us more gold). I think we should do the monotheism deals only.

Thank you for posting the possible trades BCLG100. This is the kind of info I like to see. Unfortunately the only thing other nations will trade us is what we already have. Therefore I would suggest that we not make any of the trades listed above.

We can get 605g from these trades and every bit of it is simply reselling our spoils of war. These funds can be used immediately to form embassies with Japan and America and Japan's neighbors. We also need money for upgrading our horsemen to knights in the near future as well as spearmen to pikemen.

Given the huge number of AI civs we must jump on every deal possible as early as possible or we will simply be out of the global market.

Is there an advantage to us to allow another civ the opportunity to sell these techs? Is there any real chance that the information we can sell on the world (our map) is a danger to let out at this point? Remember that we got it from the lowly Aztecs. Is there any real chance that any of the other civs don't already have this information?

Also, remember that when we do deals that trade things for less than their value we get foreign relations kudos. The AI likes you better when you make deals favorable to them.

well i think we should do the monotheism deal and then do it with everyone else possible because as it is a first tech of an new age it will be an expensive tech so the Ai will likely try and sell it for more

Take the gold for the techs. If we don't some other civ will...

I think that the monotheism deals are the the most interesting ones, trade monotheism for the money! Then, try to trade it to everyone that enters Middleage.

I remain hesitant about selliong monotheism. It allows the AT to build cathedrals, which are major cultural improvements. As we are lacking in culture as it is, there seems to be no sense in increasing the AI's chance of flipping our captured cities.

It will remain relatively unknown and relatively valuable for an extremely short time. We are on a high level with the maximum number of civs. They intertrade at record speeds.

I'm all for making every for-gold deal we can. Soon enough we're going to need to upgrade to Knights and Pikes, and it'll be nice to have embassies to spy on our enemies (and friends.)
