I am asking the governor to change the queue to include a harbor, because Penguin could become a great trading town where international luxureis could be brought in.

Nope. Founded in 3100BC, taken by Fanatika in the aztec war, around.. 400AD, I think...
Its is by the internal ocean.

Im also new to the demogame and I also live in Penguin.

I have started a football team (soccer team) and I want it to be the peguins own soccer team. Ive called the team Icy Penguins and we are joining the FFA series next season...

BTW: can you get a screenshot of the citys areial wiew. Then you could draw in where "all"the citysens in Penguin live. I dont think any other city has done that before. It would be nice..

Stuck as a mack: I want to build a soccer staidum in Penguin. It will sell supporter effects for the different teams. But since noone is making this supporter effects, then Ill have to produce them myself.. It would be expensive to set up such a buisniss and were wondering if the city of Penguin or the province of Tailesin would be interested to be investors in such a project? They would ofcourse get payments from what the stadiums erans on the supporter effect. I would even consider letting your team play on the stadiujm ... So would you be interested in something like this my good mayor...

Hmm... A soccer team stadium in Penguin. I already have a team for us, its just never been used. Ask Acroma (in the RPG) how much a stadium would cost. Then go to the Golden Bluff and ask if they would be interested in funding this and using it.
If not, ive got ~10000g i could spend.
