Please check the build queues. There are still spearmen in the queues. The queues listed above should replace the queues already in place. Thank you.

When New Falcon's Nest 's borders expand, please make sure a citizen is working the wheat tile.
 
Towns currently building Libraries should continue to do so.

The following towns should start Libraries as soon as practical to provide some cultural defense against other Civs:

Padmativa
Huntington
Sturmandrang

A check of all cities shows that no additional cultural improvements are necessary to ameliorate the upcoming period of Anarchy; they are all small enough, and we have enough Luxuries connected to keep the people happy.

That said, I know we are building for war, but I sure would like to see some Temples get started in some cities. :( ;)
 
Workers
Priorities remain connecting all cities to the trade network and the Pike from Bremerhaven to New Falcon's nest. Don't improve tiles unless there is a citizen who can make use of it and don't mine anything in the periphery cities as they'll lose the production from a mine anyway.

Government
Sometime during this chat you must enter anarchy. The precise turn is up to your discretion. I recommend acquiring another luxury before entering anarchy as it should reduce the total anarchy time by a turn. As soon as you enter anarchy, go through all cities and create entertainers as needed to prevent rioting. If you get all the way through anarchy, select Monarchy as the new government type. After entering Monarchy, go through all cities to correct tile usage to best effect. The goal is to end up with production divisible by 5 (5, 10, 15, etc.) Pay close attention to Bavaria as Morgana will likely snake some of the high production tiles in the confusion.

Great Leader
If a GL is acquired it may be used for a Great Wonder. If no Great Wonder is available, hold the leader for further discussion on the Forums.

City Renaming
In the event that foreign cities are captured, they should be opted to the city naming queue. Foreign capitals should NOT be renamed.

Aztec Invaders
Disregard this section if FA provides specific instructions. Continue demanding that the Aztec spearmen leave our territory every time they intrude in our borders.

American Invaders (settler)
Disregard this section if FA provides specific instructions. It's critical that we not let the American settler/spear pair into our backyard. Use 3 units to form a mobile barricade to block their progress. Demand that the Americans leave our territory when they enter our borders. Do not demand that they leave if they are closer to the neutral territory within our borders than the neutral or American territory outside of our borders as they will then pop exactly where we don't want them.

British Invaders (horsemen)
Disregard this section if FA provides specific instructions. Demand that these forces leave if they enter our territory.

New Cities
Disregard this section if Domestic provides specific settlement instructions. Found new cities based on the new long term city placement plan. Lacking other instructions, place new cities in the following order: L, B, F, E. The object being to secure our borders and fill in our territory as quickly as possible.

Trades
Disregard this section if Trade provides specific instructions. Secure Egyptian gems before entering anarchy. The deal at turn 0 is Horses, WM + 95 g. With the pounding that Egypt is taking right now it is advisable to get them the resource they need for their UU. This will also shorten our anarchy duration by a turn. If for some reason the Egyptian gems are not available at the time of trade, secure Persian silk plus WM and cash for horses and incense.
 
Continue the path to engerneering... If that is completed go on to chiveraly.

Continue building pikmen and horsemen until military doesnt have anymore need for units then switch to marketplaces and libraries. Library for the border towns and marketplaces for the others
 
Please follow the results of this poll regarding war with Japan. If the results stay as they are, I suggest we enter anarchy almost immediately so that we can attack ASAP. If the poll is tied, my tie-breaking vote will be to declare war as soon as we come out of anarchy.

If the English horsmen enter our territory, demand they leave. They should be wary enough of our military superiority that they will not declare war.

If the American settler enters our territory, they should be told to leave, as they will also be wary of our military. If the units are available, do as the president has suggested regarding blocking the settler with units.

Finally, FA needs a chance to look at possible alliances after war has been declared, so I again request that we stop the turns as soon as this happens.

As of now the North Province build queues are as follows:

Gunningheim - Library (18), Granary (20), Barracks (10)

Naerva - Library (14), Granary (20), Barracks (10)

Valhalla - Settler (3), Pikeman (5), Pikeman (5)

Kuhkaff - Pikeman (4), Settler (5), Horseman (5)

Both workers building road out to Gunningheim and the furs should remain doing so. Please connect both furs. We require the Worker being produced in Bavaria to build road out of Kuhkaff, west to the "A" location of a previous discussion/poll. The tile North of Kuhkaff should be roaded, then the tile NW of that, then the tiles west to the "A" location.

Kuhkaff's first unit in the queue will change from a Horseman (4) to a Pikeman (4). The Pikeman will remain garrisoned in Kuhkaff as one of its currently garrisoned Spearman escorts the Settler from Valhalla to its new location (hopefully "A" from the last poll). This will leave the Pikeman in Kuhkaff with the remaining Spearman. This Spearman will escort the Settler that Kuhkaff will produce next. Please note the following sentance!

Optimum time for revolution would be on turn four, AFTER the Pikeman in Kuhkaff is built.
