The Cartographic Office of Fanatika humbly submits the Registry of City Names.

Also, I'm not familiar with the word Serentiy.... ;)

Nevertheless, there are some spots (deputies and governors) on the city name index that have not yet registered their name choice. I will try to update the registry again prior to the chat in the event that some of these individuals submit a city name preference.

Starting in the East, and working west:

Dacula, New PDX, and Eklektochtitlan all need some culture (e.g. libraries) soon, to combat Cleveland. I would recommend libraries ASAP. If they had been had earlier, perhaps the Americans might have stayed out of there. Then agan, perhaps not.

Naerva: this has a Library, but since it was built to be "anti-Denver", we must not neglect adding culture whenever possible. I would recommend a temple be inserted into the queue at the earliest opportunity.

Valhalla is cultureless! :( Please rectify this soon! (Kuhkaff also!)

Geisha, Kellis, and Plexenburg, of course, are cities take from, or inserted into, Japan. While their defensive needs must be met, along with such necessaries as Barracks, we must not forget to add some culture to the mix, or risk them flipping to Japan. During the early stages of the Japanese war, concentrating on military requirements should be fine, but as the war moves further into Japan, and these cities are left behind, we must not neglect culture.

Generally speaking, most favorable trades should be accepted (assuming they meet with the Trade Leaders approval as well), but Alliances, MPPs and RoPs must be discussed prior to signing.

Having said that, we direct your attention towards France and the massing of troops near Padmativa. We consider this a dangerous situation and demands immediate attention.

We request establishment of an embassy in Paris immediately in hopes of determining their intentions (ie. perhaps they have an alliance with someone else against Egypt also, etc...). Furthermore, once an embassy has been established, we suggest immediate negotiations towards signing an alliance with France against Egypt.

Secondary instructions include establishing embassies with Rome and China. If the situation with France worsens, you know what needs to be done... ;)
 
As of now the North Province build queues are as follows:

Valhalla - Settler (3), Pikeman (5), Pikeman (5)

Kuhkaff - Settler (1), Settler (5), Horseman (5)

Both workers building road out to Gunningheim and the furs should remain doing so. Please connect both furs.

According to the proposal by Domestic and this quick poll, Settlers need to be produced to fill in some of our open space. Therefore Naerva and Kuhkaff have been change to Settlers. Shown below are graphics of how to set up the workers in order for the Settlers in those two cities to be produced next turn. The Settler in Valhalla can be rushed at any time if you feel it's necessary.

I should throw this tidbit in...

This chat, though scheduled by Shaitan, will be played by the new term 4 officials. The way the election is looking, either I or Eklektikos will be president, and neither of us can play tonight. FortyJ would then play, Falcon next, etc.

Chief Justice Note

The Chief Justice office feels that the scheduling of a turn chat into the term of the incoming administration is not legally binding. The new President will have the right to or reschedule this chat at their descretion.

Given the preparations in place, I recommend holding the chat, but it is the option of the new President.
 
Octavian has already stated that he will be unable to act as DP at the coming TC, and I am not willing to start one at 3am. As such, I have decided that if I am the elected president come 00:01 GMT, I will be rescheduling the TC for 00:15am GMT, 2hours and 45 minutes earlier than currently scheduled. Since it will be sunday by that time I will arguably be within my rights to do so.
 
1.) Move Sword army back to Plexenburg to regather health

2.) Move those Workers NW of Kells or use that Spearman near Kells to guard them while they mine.

3.) Gather our Offensive forces at Plexenburg for the final assault on Kyoto.

4.) send Falcon's Nest's upcoming Pike to garrison Plexenburg

5.) wait till we gather at least 7-8 full health offensive units before going on to Kyoto. Also make sure there is 1 or 2 pikes in the group for escort.

6.) when attacking Kyoto go to the mined tile East of Kyoto then Go across the river to the Tile NE of Kyoto, and THEN ATTACK FROM THERE.
 
For Science, continue reasearching Chivalry...

And in Gunningheim, it says it will take 50 turns to complete a granary...
 
The (ex?) governor of the SW Province also thinks the chat should be rescheduled since this one is scheduled such that it is term 3 in one part of the world and term 4 in another part :eek:

If the show does go on then build horsemen in the SW province. :)
