From what this poll and this discussion say, we should go for Military Tradition after Chivalry. So that would be: Chivalry, then Engineering (if we don't already have it) , then Invention, and so on until we get military tradition. :)

Hafen Land Province

Plexenburg - Pikeman(~14*), Library (~24)
Kells - Pikeman (10), Library (19), Barracks (9)
Kyoto - When captured, build Pikeman
Suo - When captured, build Pikeman

Plexenburg should come out of civil disorder this turn, expect about 14 turns or so to complete the pikeman.

Monitor growth at Kells, 3rd citizen will appear in two turns, should not be a disorder problem.

Rhineland Queues
Huntington: Library (35), Baracks(20), Pikeman(30).
Growth in 3. Please place citizen in forest.
Sturmandrang: Library (15), Baracks (10) Pike(15) , Pike (15)
Note to DP- Please have workers work tiles NE of city for growth.
Growth occurs in 4.
Octavianum: Pike (7), Temple(15), Courthouse (20), Pike (15)
Growth in 2. Please place new citizen in forest
Senrenity: Pike (24), Baracks(20), pike (30), temple (60), Pike (30), Library (40)
Growth in 9. Place citizen where you feel it would do the most good.
Note: should gunpowder be discovered anytime in this range, switch all Pikes to Muskets

I thought Padmativa was within my provincial borders, so just ignore it. :) It's atleast a suggestion to that provincial governor.

Build Queues:
[c] = current

Morgana - Change to: Horseman[7], Pikeman[8], Library[10]
Strider's Haven - [c]Horseman[2], Barracks[4]. Pikeman[6]
Penguin - Change to Library (Rush - 96g), Barracks[10], Pikeman[15]
Dacula - [c]Horseman[13], [c]Barracks[10]
The Burrow - Change to Temple[5] (rush? - 152g)
, Pikeman[4], Barracks[3], Horseman[4]
Palanthus - Library[20] (rush if we have enough gold)
Padmativa - Change to Temple[22] (rush? - 176g), barracks[10]
New PDX - Library[19] (rush? 152g), Catapult (10)
Tarkingrad - Change to Library (rush? - 140g), temple[60]

Micromanage:

Morgana: Just let it grow for now.

Stider's Haven: Place worked tiles as the diagram shows: (Growth will be halted, but it gives us an extra shield, and prevents the city from rioting after it grows).

SH_Fanatika_270AD.jpg

Penguin: Place the worked tile on the roadless forest to the coast. Those shields are doing nothing, but the coast will net us one more gold in that city.

Dacula: Place the worked tile 1SW of Dacula on the coast. There's no more available shielded tiles for it to use, and even though it slows growth by 1 turn, it give us 1 more gold to work with.

The Burrow: Move the worked tile on the wheat to the forest tile east of the city. It's at size 6, so its' growth is stemmed, and that one gold the wheat is generating is corrupted. But, it will give us more shields.

Palanthus: Move the worked tile on the roadless grassland one south to the coast. We get 1 more gpt, and it slows down its' growth slightly (it will probably riot when it grows)

Padmativa: On turn 1, make sure the next worked tile is on the gold hill.

I urge Culture to look into rushing temples in the border cities. Especially around Clevland.

Gunningheim - Granary (20), Barracks (10), Temple (Rush Build if nessicary)
Worker Orders by Gunningheim: Mine the mountans that is located NW of the worker.

Naerva - Granary, Temple (Rush Build if nessicary)

Valhalla - Pikeman, Library, Pikemen

Kuhkaff - Settler, Library (Rush Build if nessicary ), Temple (Rush Build if nessicary )

I urge Culture to look into rushing the culture improvements that are noted as "Rush Build if Nessicary", especaly the ones that are under threat of a Culture flip by Dallas.

From what this poll and this discussion say, we should go for Military Tradition after Chivalry. So we should switch to Invention in the pre-turn because we will get Chilvary from the GL the next turn.

Settler instructions
First off, with respect to the horsemen in the mountains south of Riga, I request that they be used according to Cyc's proposed plan to prevent those foreign settlers from reaching our desired city sites.

Move the Northernmost Settler according to the quick poll. If there is a tie, move the settler to site 'B1'. Build a city upon reaching its destination.

Move the settler southwest of Kuhkaff to site 'F' and build a city at that location.

Move the settler west-southwest of Bremershaven to site 'E' and build a city at that location.

Move the settler in Bavaria according to the quick poll. If there is a tie, move the settler to site 'J'. Build a city upon reaching its destination.

In two turns, Kuhkaff shall produce yet another settler. Move that settler according to the quick poll. If there is a tie, move the settler to site 'C'. Build a city upon reaching its destination.

District of Bohemia, Build Queue
Horseman (1), Horseman (4), Horseman (4), Horseman (4)
if we acquire Chivalry as expected, all queued Horsemen should be switched to Knights (assuming it isn't done automatically by the computer...).

Budget Items
All requested upgrades from Horsemen to Knights are approved.
We have some last minute requests from Taliesin province to rush some libraries as well.... Rush the library in Tarkingrad. Rush a library in Penguin and a temple in The Burrow at the end of the t/c.

Foreign Affairs

Establish and embassy with China for 50 gold.

The following civs are considered close enough to attack, and threats from them for anything but technology should be heeded.

India
America
France (due to the large number of troops they have in our territory)

Stepping in to fill the instructional void...

Build queues for:
Code:
[u]Southwest Province (Donovan Zoi)[/u]
Tlaxcala Pikeman (2), Horseman (6)
Bremershaven Horseman (3), Horseman (3)
Eklektochtitlan Pikeman (4), Settler (15)
New Falcon's Nest	Pikeman (3), Pikeman (8)
Also, rush the Pike in New Falcon's Nest and move it to Kells so that those garrisoned troops are free to advance to the front.
