This is the fund that disorganizer left behind when he went on his journey.

All my income (base, titles, land income etc.) will DIRECTLY flow into this fund.

The income of this fund will be used to help the poor people.

The money in the fund will be used to buy land tiles or shares to increase revenue. Or for monuments and other things of public interest.

The first act will be to change the castle into a temple that people can come and visit if they are in need.

I would like to donate 800g to me lord's cause.

i got an idea on what to do with the money... maybe we should build a public communication centre in each province's capitol. please go to acroma and start bargaining on a reduced price for building those.
the specs should be:
2 halls for gathering and performances (could be used for tribunals, discussions as well as theatre performances etc.)
1 sleeping room (large) to give public shelter to the poor
1 kitchen to supply the poor with meals
or something along those lines. i hope you get the idea
TSort could do this for Talesin Province and Bavaria though.

Acroama would be happy to build a center in each province. Do you essentially want them the same as the one you have in Lancre? Acroama will build these for a 20% discount.

We recommend that you build these in the provincial capitals. These tend to be the traffic centers of the province and the needy also tend to congregate to them.

i believe a castle would be over extended, sir shaitan. a bit smaller than the TSort version (1/2 the size?) would fit.

the capitols is a good idea (as stated above). but i dont think we need other ones in morgana and bavaria, as TSort can cover that.

Your best bet is going to be starting with the mansion size. That already has a good amount of room space to work with and has the hall available. We can start with that size and modify for your needs and still come out about the same cost as a regular mansion:

Convert 2 living rooms and 2 upgrade rooms into gathering hall.
Add hall for performance hall.
Convert 4 bedrooms and 2 "other" rooms into barracks style common sleeping hall.
Convert kitchen and 1 upgrade room into large kitchen.
Convert 2 upgrade rooms and dining room into dining hall.
Add hall for community center.

2 halls: +250g
5 upgrade rooms: +675g

Acroama has agreed to a 20% discount for construction of the Lancre Centers. We will give additional overall discounts of 2.5% for each Center over 5. We do this to encourage the fund to construct Centers in the "Gem Mountain" province and the unincorporated province west of that. As these are newly acquired territories we feel the citizens of these wartorn lands are in even greater need of assistance than those in the established provinces.

@gunning: as the centres are now constructed, i also requested registration as "non-profit organization" with the price manager here.

1000g will be taken of the account as a result => we need donations!

also, what we can do as soon as the status is approoved, we could have the big halls of the centres (2 each) rented away for events. if someone wants to give a concert or a gathering etc, he could pay for using our centres
this will also produce income. you could start going around and advertising this service now.

please, also start a thread for the naming of the 8 centres (the 7 above + TSort).
