Game of Republic - Team 4 - The Eklektik Empire

This team is currently limited to 3 members.

The Eklektik Empire is an oligarchy, or triumvirate, in which the various responsibilities of the state are divided between 3 Ministers. The idea being that each of the ministers has a fairly free reign over their particular area of responsibility, while issues that transcend the jurisdiction of an individual Minister are settled by a simple, open ballot of the Triumvirate. In addition to this, one of the Ministers holds the title of "High Panjandrum" and is responsible for playing out the turns of the game. The High Panjandrum is also responsible for taking over the duties of the other Ministers in the event that they are unavailable for a short period of time, although this responsibility can be delegated to the other remaining Minister with their consent.

Currently awaiting a PM response from Bill_in_PDX, and since Joespaniel seems to have PM disabled I have no idea whether or not he still wishes to be part of this team. I will play and pass on the save by Monday evening regardless.
