Applications for the Governorship of the "Sugar 'n' Spice" Province

The Presidential Office is now accepting applications for the post of Governor of the "Sugar 'n' Spice" Province. Said province is shown on the map below:

The governor is in charge of posting build queues before every set of turns are played, and for general administration of that province. The governor is also a member of the Senate, which must pass changes to certain laws for them to take effect.
