Inter Site Demo Game Invitation

Hi all, CDgroups demo game would like to invite you to join
us in an inter-site PBEM demo game. Basic rules to be as
normal demo game with the exact rules to be worked out between the sites. We are also sending this invitation to Apolyton and to 1BigCommunity and we would be honoured if you would join us in this attempt to make the demo game truly community wide!

1BC was talking about this. Mongoose201 has already been over to us and is rallying the 1BC troops ready to get things rolling.

Apolyton's demogame isn't really inter-site... Out of 7 teams, 6 are from Apolyton

About the forum issue, that is of course something completely up to you guys, basically we've delivered the invitations, and 1BC are coming, so its up to you guys whether you join us. I very much hope you choose to play cause it could be a lot of fun.

Dont worry about that dudes, if you can play a demo game then an intersite PBEM demo game is nothing really different. Basically you just play your turns in the standard demo fashion, email the game to the next site in the game who play their turns and email it on etc. The only real change is that it means a play timetable DOES have to be solid and stuck to by all sites.

Latest news, 1BC have given the go-ahead to open up a pre-game discussion thread at the UN for working out the rules (which could be an interesting debate

) and are mobilizing for the game. Apolyton are also seeing if they have enough people interested. Also looking to invite the German site Demogrypia along. If you decide you have enough people and the interest to do this, plz come and let us know as soon as possible so we can start talks at the UN.

This is the place to go to iron out the exact rules and game play issues we'll be using. To avoid it turning into a big confused mess it would be handy if you could organize a couple of spokespeople to debate there on your behalf, although this is of course entirely up to you.
