This is for planning our defense, and is sort of a citizen group. An underground resistence movement. We have 5 captured cities:

Androbius
Huntington
Riga
Gunningheim
Grandmastoria

We need an underground movement force to remove the Indians, and to liberate Huntington, where our President, Domestic leader and Trade leader are bunkered down in the casino.

I'm a little confused. Was this meant to be in the RPG forum? If not, please fill me in on what is going on because you have sufficiently confused me.

It's the way the demogame was meant to be played. Spontenious, fun, fueling the conversation. Plus, this is also a citizens group. Read the log.

My understanding is that the RPG forum was created to house the millenia of posts concerning the ownership, business and other hard-core RPG issues. There is nothing wrong with a little play acting outside of the RPG subforum.

The Indians have seized control of the city and tossed Fanatikan citizens out of their hotels and homes to make room for their savage soldiers. These men and their infernal elephants are not worthy of such a title. I've met and served with many a Fanatikan soldier in my time to know the difference. Even the youngest and newest recruit in our army has more discipline and respect for the citizens than this rabble...

...The dust has settled and the casino has been allowed to re-open. The local commander has decreed that we shall be an example of their good will and willingness to allow us to live our lives as before. If he knew what actually went on behind our doors, I'd be the next victim of the gallows for sure...

...Stories are coming in from all around now and more frequently too. Tales of misconduct and ill-natured deeds carried out by these foul Indian savages (I no longer will refer to them as soldiers except in their presence) are almost too much to bear. I do not think that discipline is highly regarded in their ranks...

...The other night, I was attending to the Commandant as usual (he's made a regular habit of attending the shows here at the casino now...), and I happened to overhear some good news. It seems that we are not alone in the resistance movement. There are other cells springing up all throughout the Rhineland. If only we can organize and work together to slow down the Indian advance until our troops can arrive. I wonder how bad it is elsewhere...

alright, sorry guys. I was just a little unclear as i wasn't around for demogame 1 and we didn't realy have anything like this in the citizen forum in this demogame. Plus I'm running on very little sleep so my head is a little .

Now if only we had sugar, and they had gas tanks..... oh well......

It seems we got our signals crossed. Grandmastoria has not, repeat, NOT fallen to the Indian hordes.

What we need to do is do everything possible to harass the Indian troops. Be sure their animals get no water, do your best to dull their blades, make noise when they try to sleep to ensure they are not well-rested for their battles. If they occupy a building, burn it to the ground while they're in it, and claim it was an accident. Our troops will be coming soon, I'm sure of it.

Oh, and listen to see if you can hear anything about their plans. Loose lips sink ships, or in their case kill elephants, and I hear the Indians can't hold our good Fanatikan beer very well. Perhaps some free drinks at the casino would loosen their lips a little?

Here ya go, CT. I made a couple of maps that indicate the location of Indians in the NW. They're pretty self-explanitory. Ones zoomed in and the other zoomed out. I haven't read the new posts here and I have to leave now, but I'll be back later.

Ill gladly join and aid the Fanatikan Resistence Movement . Ill have the Fanatikan Marines ready .

Actually, with the Indians having a weaker military force than us, I think we should look at this scenario as one requiring speedy resolution rather than an entrenched, lengthy war. It appears that we may be signing 20 turns alliances (including one with Russia), and then after we re-capture our cities and take the territory that we want to the south, we may be wanting to be out of those 20 turn alliances. We may not be as speedy as we want to extinguish the problem in the North province, but once it's extinguished, the threat will be minimal. It would be a problem for India if we brought in the Iro's and the Russians, but it would be major over-kill in my opinion. The russians will swarm to the North province and the Iro's will take all of India's cities. We'll be running around trying to handle our problems caused by the loss of Dapper Dan. The only real benefit I see in these two alliances is that it will keep them out of an alliances against us. (which is a good thing.)

Plan "A" is still not going to help us much with a speedy resolution to the NP problem. I'm thinking this attack is just a flash in the pan to disrupt our economy.

Cyc, I just hope that we dont have a Pileup of civs declaring war on us and allieng with the Indians .

Pretty colors Cyc. They somehow remind me of nukes...

btw Riga wasn't taken from us... they took it from the Japs (I think)... but we will take it for ourselves though
