Saigon is best, as it's still known as Saigon all over the world. When asked what Ho Chi Minh City is, all you really have to say Saigon and they'll know.

What is this for BTW?

Surely any list of Vietnamese leaders should include Vo Nguyen Giap, who led the Viet Minh to victory over the French at Dien Bien Phu and perfected the guerrilla tactics later used by the Viet Cong
