Domestic Instructions

Keep science funding as-is
All cities under Domestic control (I believe it is only the Indian city now, as Bavaria has been annexed by the North) continue with current qeue.
See Budget Thread for rush and spy-plant approvals. ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=46298 )

Uruk: Time for the cultural assault. Qeue is library, university, temple, cathedral. On preturn, rush the library. On turn 2, rush the university. Continue with the pattern of rushing the improvement every other turn until the qeue is completed. These rushes take precedence over all over expenditures except vital military upgrades or rushes. We MUST hold this city.

EDIT: CT, this is why I did not run for culture. ;)

That should be everything... I will try to attend the chat to clear up anything that was missed.

Trade

Turn 5 - Dyes deal with Greece runs out - don't renegotiate unless they ask

Other than that, not much. We only played 1 turn.

Saturday, March 8 Turn Instructions for Quellewasser

a) All rushes have been approved by Grandmaster.

b) The military requests below should produce a surplus of military units available to be deployed elsewhere.

c) The provincial development plan mandates at least six fully functional worker detachments, with population growth (food production) as a priority for the next dozen turns or so. If this number of workers cannot can be spared from the Federal pool, I can arrange to produce them from Fukushima and Chittagong after they have completed their initial queues.

d) The city name changes have won overwhelming approval among the voters, but only 15 of them actually cast ballots, none in the last two days. How do I go about getting that extra participant?

Nagasaki (Grüner Hügel – “Green Hill”) – Please rush temple for 56 gold.
------ Queue: courthouse - granary - marketplace. Standing request for Rush, as funds allow, on second turn for each improvement. This city is virtually surrounded by foreign territory and is critical to our plans for putting cultural pressure on our neighbors.
------ Garrison: as a forward military base, Nagasaki is usually teaming with soldiers.

Larsa (Schönverläss – “Beautiful Leaves”) -- Please switch to a courthouse and rush.
------ Queue: factory, probably followed by a hospital by the time the factory is finished.
------ Garrison: 2 rifles mandatory, 1 cannon as available.

Pune (Zwischenholz – “Between the Woodlands”) – Please switch immediately to temple and Rush.
------ Queue: granary – marketplace. Pune is pure Indian, ethnically, and should not be producing workers.
------ Garrison: 1 rifleman.

Jaipur (Rassenblume -- “Vale of Flowers”) – Switch to aqueduct and rush for 172 gold.
------ Queue: courthouse – temple – granary – marketplace.
------ Garrison: 2 riflemen, 1 cannon as soon as available.

Fukushima (Gebirgssenke – “Mountain Vale”) – Switch to aqueduct and rush after one turn for 214 gold.
------ Queue: temple -- marketplace.
------ Garrison: none needed. However, the Mount Plexenburg railroad tunnel should be garrisoned as long as the Iroquois have a city nearby.

Chittagong (Hohenweisse – “High Waters”) – Switch to courthouse and rush after one turn.
------ Queue: temple -- marketplace.
------ Garrison: none needed.

Alderaan Province

Bangalore- worker (C) (5) (no change), courthouse (80), aqueduct (100)

I will request a rush on the courthouse later.

I would like the worker to clear the jungle directly one square east of Bangalore, once the worker is produced. Then mine it. Then clear the jungle one square NE of Bangalore.

Please attempt to place spies in Persia and Babylon as soon as the Intelligence Agency is built. The costs have been approved by the domestic leader. However, if the first attempt fails, do not try another without further approval from the domestic department. The FA ministry, however, gives approval for one attempt per turn to place a spy in Persia or Babylon until successful, subject to the approval of the domestic department.

MAG province problems.

O.k, I can't get access to the server, but I'll try and be at the t/c. I'll update this if I can get access to the save.

GBM, i'm having the same problem, i can't get teh save. i'm using AOL. any suggestions?

I don't see anything from SAAM yet so I'll mention a concern for Morgana:

In 10 turns Bavaria will grow to size 12 and will need to reclaim the game tile currently being used by Morgana. To prepare for this a forest tile south of Morgana must be cut down and irrigated so Morgana can feed its population when they lose usage of the game tile.

I've got the save now! Queue will be updated, *possibly* with cannons for CG. Sorry, but this province needs infrastructure.

Here they are finally, the updated instructions for "Lake Land" (still looking for a name...). And CG, before you start drooling, the first cannon won't be complete for at least 8 turns.

Bombay - Courthouse - Cannon - Cannon

Calcutta - Courthouse - Cannon - Cannon

Lahore - Cannon - Cannon - Cannon

Minas Alcar (:D) - Worker - Cannon - Cannon

Improvements - No improvements were even started last turnchat... :( Anyway, here is what I want done. 1) Mine a roaded hill NW of Calcutta. 2) Mine a hill within the city radius of Minas Alcar. 3) Road the same hill from #2. #2 should be at least begun by the earmarked worker currently being produced in Minas Alcar.

Military Instructions

Defend the newly captured Bab City

Send the GL on to its destination that it is mosly Aggreed uppon.

Gather up the units to capture Ashur, The Ivory City.

Do not adjust your screens. We got another GL in preturn after Hoover was rushed!

Preturn

Well, Hengest can move safely this turn to any city with railroads. Hoover, the Intelligence Agency were completed in Eklektiklochan and Kyoto, respectively. A spy was planted in Perseopolis, but the attempt failed in Babylon.
