Everybody Smokes In Hell
Hi all,
There was a pallette problem with the city screen pcx. GIDustin was kind enough to fix the pallette problem for me. The problem was that the food and shield icons wouldn't show until you moved your mouse over them. That problem is fixed. I am posting the new fixed pcx file here:

NOTE: You will need to rename this file to background.pcx and copy it into your Civilization III\Art\City Screen folder.
Additonal NOTE: I have changed the zip file download that had the pcx file with the pallette problem, so anyone downloading it in the future won't have to worry about it.
