Yes, all poll requirements are supposed to be posted in the first post when the poll is first put up. I don't think anybody would have a problem with this poll if Goonie put them in now.

It's for a good purpose, Goonie. Keeping a standard for polls makes sure that every poll has the information that is necessary to manage the polls themselves and inform the voters on critical information.
