Mag Tube

well, what can say... i'll just repeat readme:

Mag Tube, Mag Rail, Magnets ... call it whatever you like. I just needed some replacement of railroads in future era and that's why I made it. Basically it's for future mods or scenarios, I wouldn't change railroads with it in normal game...
It's a simply conversion of SMAC's "Mag Tube".

Thanks much! I needed something to replace the railroads graphics. I took railroads out because it takes all the planning fun out when you can teleport units halfway across the map. So I added future techs and put "railroads" way in the future. Tanks rolling through countries like lightning bolts...no more!
