Alternate UU: American Leathernecks

These are Marines with an (amphibious) attack of 14 instead of 10.

They replace the Americans F-15, which is pretty much useless...

Leathernecks bring about a GA at just the right time historically -- WW2, and are useful -- but not too useful -- through the end of the game.
