The first relevant question to ask is of course "What did you do with your horseman?"...

Killed the English of course, I don't like anyone too close for comfort early on in the game. I think that on King level a few turns of war shouldn't put be too far behind on the expansion/production trail.

Killed the English Town, Treaties are just a good way to surprise the enemy, and any other Civ is the enemy!

Actually, I just fortified next to the english town. They attacked, lost, and left me with an open city =)

The English Civilization was neturalized in the year 200AD by the mighty Mongol Hordes Led by Johan the GREAT!
Game Update: Have Made Fist Contact with the Spanish, who have stolen Invention. A race is on to Complete the Great Wonder Leo's Workshop.

Game Update: 710AD, I've now met the Russians, Spanish and Vikings. Currently trying to head for Metallurgy to take down the Spanish Great Wall, Then I will Rain down the Fear of the Lord upon them, My units are standing by close to the Spanish Capital. Also making good progress destorying Russia, The vikings have proved to be formidable opponent however, and conquoring them is going to be more of a long term goal.

I used it explore the English territory.Got a few huts(including a nomad) out of it before they ordered me home.

First big decision was to disband and move that city nearest the English. It was just missing some specials.

Since I have to play as the jerk Mongols, I decided to be a jerk and destroy the English.
They are now out of my way and my surplus of Legions has made for a fine army to send overseas in search of new civilizations (to destroy

Well I guess I'm the gimp. My horseman got blasted while waiting for reinforcements, and I had nothing to show for it. What a sad waste--and for what, now that the English are nothing but a memory...? HAHAHAHAHA!

I came here to do two things: kick *** and chew bubblegum. And I'm all out of kicking *** !

i think i posted on this thread, but it seems to have disappeared...

I sucked over 75 gold in tribute out of them before they finally got mad, declared war, and promtply lost Nottingham, giving me a veteran Horsey in the bargain. Several tribute/war cycles later, my vet Chariots finally rolled over what was left of the English. Only lost one Horse attacking York and received quite a bit of gold from then in the process, not to mention keeping my rep spotless

. Don't remember the year, but they were dead well before 1AD

I moved it 1 tile south-west and fortified it, so as to keep an eye on anything emerging from both Nottingham and York, and just waited for the sneak attack to come while I got on with my business elsewhere. Sure enough it came. Now it's 350 BCE, and there's nothing left of the English but a greasy spot and a faint memory.

I waited a few turns to bring up some help for the horsemen and to make sure there was some defense set up in Tabriz. In the mean time, I took the tact of demanding tribute as some people mentioned until war ensued. Then I just went through them. English=Gone

My update: About 1050 a.d. and I've just about finished with the Russians as well. I've contacted all civs but the Chinese. Where are they hiding? They must be in the deep south.

Also, people are talking about the Spanish, but they must have been taken out early by someone as now I am dealing with the Egyptians.

The Vikings are looking to be my toughest rival. They are currently in a democracy and I had to really move some stuff around to be sure I was able to get the Statue of Liberty and Isaac Newton's before they did. However, I'm in a Republic now and getting techs every 3 turns.

Is there a date by which we have to submit to be included?

Well....

Looks like there were Spanish at one time...
I know the Egyptians are also yellow. Someone like the Vikings or Chinese or someone must have crushed the Spanish early and the Egyptians spawned later on.

Thanks for the submitting info - I was wondering about due dates as well. Are we to have the games emailed by March 31st I assume?

I think I just made a typo and said the spanish when I meant the Egyptians.

Horsey waited over the hills and far away,
'till little English warriors came to play.
They looked kinda grumpy at the most
Attacked my horsey and of course, they lost...
