This is my problem:

I reduced the size of a unit in Steph's SBB tool. The files worked great in Flicster afterwards but when I put them in the the unit's folder and started the game, the game kept freezing every time I tried to build this unit. When I put the original flc files back in the folder the game worked fine again. I checked the files in Flicster again and they still worked fine and the names were all perfectly spelled as well.

I don't know what the problem is.

Someone please help me.:(

Thanks,

I don't think it's the ini file because when I put the old flc files it works without changing the ini and I double checked all the spelling, even looking for extra spaces or anything. I'm not sure of the problem. I'll pm Steph and see if he can help.

Thanks again.:)

1# open the flc in the flicster.

2# check in the first sheet (the general information), that the animation time is not 0. If it is, then you may not be using the latest version of the flicster.

Thanks aaglo, I hadn't got a chance to pm Steph yet but I didn't think that would be the problem anyways. I'll try what you said when I get home, but that won't be till tomorrow. I never thought of checking that.:)

The number circled with orange should not be zero.

Problem is, I don't know how to change that. Can you help?:)

Yep, go to the utilities forum, to the flicster - thread, and download the latest upgrade to the flicster. (It should be build version 1.0.1 or later... :p).

Create a new flc with it, and the problem should be fixed.

Thanks, I'll try that.

It worked!

Thanks aaglo, I owe you one. :goodjob:

Now, to settle the score, could you do the chinese treasure ship, so I wouldn't have to? :p

For a great person like you, if I could, I would.;) Unfortunately, like I said in another post, I'm just starting to learn Maya on my brother's computer. And by the time I learn it Civ 5 will probably be out. But if I manage to learn it before you make it, I'll give it a try.:)
