Steam Transport

Edit 5/6/03: added units_32 into the zip

It's based on the awesome Cargo Ship by Hunter. Thanks again for letting me use it for this copy/paste job. :worship:

Use it as an industrial era naval transport, In normal Civ3 tech tree, Industrialization sounds right as a prerequisite.

1/4/4 transports 6 are the stats I'm using.

Naturally I forgot to add the units_32 file. I updated the zip, but if you already downloaded, here's just the file itself.

They are in the wrong format, it have to be pcx files not psp.
