I'd love to get involved in a PBEM Civ3 game, but I don't always have as much time as you appear to have, CivCube. ;)

So please reply (within this forum thread is fine, I'll receive an email stating you replied to this thread), letting us know what the frequency is.

I can do a bi-weekly (*maybe*) or weekly turn based game, but no faster than that.

And if I can join up based on those turn frequencies, I want to be the Ottomans. ;)

Sounds reasonable enough, cavemanf16. How is it for you guys?

Cool... Well sign me up for the Ottomans then! :)

You can send turn reports to c4v3m4n@imapmail.org

Include in the subject line "31337" to make sure I get the attachment file if that's possible. (I've never tried a PBEM Civ3 game before, so I don't know how to email the saved turns yet, but I'm sure I'll learn quick enough. ;) )

And that's it! As soon as you want to go, just say the word.

:hammer::hammer::hammer:
Let's get it on!

I will be ready to start play in a week and a half at best. I had to reinstall Windows 2000 once again to get a PC that wasn't locking up every 20 minutes because some dll file got broken by Windows. I hate Microsoft, but I love Civ3. So just give me a little while (this coming weekend) to get everything back to working order. :rolleyes:

caveman, I'll say two letters: XP. XP > 2000 or ME.

Tsukemono5, I'll say this: 2000 -> works well with my existing games, programs, printer, Linux, etc. etc.

XP -> Not worth the money to me. Maybe I'll pick up a free copy from my school in the next year or two, but for right now I like the EULA's and Win2k is familiar to me. :) (they give out free copies of MS software to entice the students to use MS crap instead of other OS')

All right, bewareofgnomes, you're in--but just you. I'm not letting in any more people! :p

I see a Revolutionary War in the making here...

I've just sent the first save. Good luck! :D
