I have decided it would be appropriate to set up a new thread to begin our Provincial Politics experiment. Here is my proposal:
-The Senate is composed of the Deputy Governor, all mayors, and all other people appointed by the Governor. Also, the Governor is an honorary member and may cast the tie-breaking vote.
-The Senate will function in an advisory role to the Governor and will perform tasks to assist in the governing of Esquiline province.
-The Senate is not to be a place for argument. Uncivilized discussion is not permitted.
-All topics discussed should relate to the province.
This would form the basic framework for this proposal, though more rules may certainly be added.
