War in Europe
American Trading Rivlary.

Egypt will join. It is Egypt's belief that the WTO should take no part militarily (like we can anyways) or economically in the war in Europe. No sanctions should be placed on either side. Also, we should cooperate peacefully with the American Trade Organization to ensure that both organizations have fair and equal trade.

Egypt: We agree with you joing. You are now the second member. However we should tell you that although we agree with the Egyptian stance on the European War, we do not agree with your stance with the ATG.

The American Trading Group is for Americans and is a vehicle to try and get America to control world trade, crippling the rest of the world finacially.

We are beginning to see your point. One way we can combat the growing American Trade Group control is to force them into fair trade with us or else deny them the usage of our ports, crippling them.

Nope!

We will accept German membership. However we not that military stuffs are not to be traded.

The ATG will of course open trade with Egypt and any nation that wishes it. We force no tarifs, and we force nothing but trade. I am trying to understand what Arabia means when they say we are crippling the World Economy, when in fact we are trading normally between every nation as we have in past centuries. The wealth distribution is only within the American Trade Organization and has no effect on anyother nation. So stop fooling yourself and trying to start something.

We of couse would accept Andes membership to the WTO, but the ATG if it were seruious about free trade would not limit its membership to Americans and thus is not tryuly about free trade.

The United States of America agrees with it's friend the Andes here. The ATG's only priority is too help American nations work together to secure fair and equal trade agreements. We are not aiming to "cripple" foreign economies only help each other out.
All these attempts to create rivalries between the America's and the rest of the world will only cause war and death. That is what the ATG aims to avoid.

What the ATG aims for is to put America at the centre of world trade earning it money off trade that should rightfully be more disperesed. Your attempts to use America as a whole to get fair and equal trade (for Americans) is laughable. The WTO allows a equal voice in free trade, the ATG allows an American voice for restricted trade on American terms.

OOC: The ATG is much and such the same as the European Union in real life. The ATG only aims to create free-trade among American nations like the EU among European nations. The only difference here being is that the ATG controls each of the member countries trade agreements and splits the profits among members according to how much they put in. It also benefits other nations as it makes more resources available in agreements.
I hope that's cleared this up...

This is the official thread for ATG discussion on trade agreements etc...
The aim of the ATG is too give the American nations a place to scure international trade agreements and to allow a much more constructive trade system which will allow for free trade among member nations.

The Arabic Confederation will be willing to let England join. We awai the Egyptian reply for both England and German entry to the WTO.

To: The WTO
From: The USA
If the Arabic Confederation "beakon of truth and enlightment" does not want to trade with America then that is their choice.
We would though like to make the position of the ATG clear now; the American Trade Group is aimed at setting up a free trade scheme among American nations whereby our traders can trade internally without tariffs or restrictions.
The ATG as an international body seeks to ensure a much more balanced trade set-up among American nations to cope with the changing world climate. Imagine America as one big country, and that country is trading with other nations like every nation does. That is what the ATG does, it centralises American trade and instead of all the member nations making smaller seperate deals with other nations, the ATG makes bigger much more lucrative deals with trade partners and splits the income among the members equally.
I will not deny this can have many pro's for ATG members but it also greaytly helps our trade partners, they also recieve much more product from the trade and therefore also make more money.
I now finally hope this will clear up this debate as to what the ATG aims to do...
Yours,
President John W.Thomson of the United States of America

The WTO still will allow the ATG to join it. However as seperate nations.

It is impossible for individual nations of the ATG to join the WTO in the sense that we do not trade individually. Therfore our membership would be useless.

The Americas can live without Arabian Trade, and if you do not wish to trade, we won't. To everyone else, we would like trade, so please leave a message in the ATG thread. Thank you.

Andes Confederation

Egypt will vote for yas probs. I'll add yas. Remember just because you guys are at war does not mean that you should not be members here. This is international territory, and not subject to wars and such.

The Portugal-Spanish Dual Empire (Espenagal) would like to join

We would accept.
