Another try at Quirnial Province borders

I would like to submit another try at defining the borders of Quirnial Province. Here is my proposal. The borders are drawn immediately to the south of the proposed canal, to bring Quirnial Province up to a final size of 9 cities, which is considered about the optimum level of cities. The northern border would be the border with Aventine province, the eastern border is the sea in between Quirnial Province and the Aztec cities. Here is the proposal, the southern border is shown in blue:

What if we manage to build a city past the canal cities? Will that be a city in its own province?

...and what if Jin Jan flips once the canal cities are built? (otherwise i like the idea )

Well, if that happens, it will be in a separate province, which would be defined later. I think this is about the right size for provinces, but I will change my proposal if the majority of people want Quirnial to be larger.
