Proposed trade:

(Fanatica) Saltpeter <-> 13gpt (China)

Note that this trade would take place after any trade involving Democracy, which may bring the amount they can afford to pay down significantly.

This poll will run for 24 hours. If the total number of votes for the various "Yes" options outnumber the total number of "No" votes, the most popular "Yes" option will be implemented.

I'd rather not. Despite the fact that they are away and stuck on an island, it's best not to risk allowing them to build muskets, cannons, frigates, cavalry, etc.

I would say no as well. According to the Trade Ministry, we only have two sources of Saltpeter. We should hold onto both in case one source dries up.
