Too much units?

Hello everyone.

I have 525 different units in the game. I wanted to know if this amount is acceptable and doesnt crash the game.

So... You mean that the game cant support more than 4096 active units actually playing in the game.

Cause what I said is; I have 525 buildable unique units in the whole game.

Shouldn't be a problem unless they all have rediculously low cost & you're playing on a huge map.
 
525 diffeent units???????? why did you bother to make that many, it will take years usign the editor to include all of them, let alone design them.
it wont crash th game, and if you want to post them all in the C+C forum as 1 downlaod, that be great if not done alredy.
 
check out the K8 SG in the SG forum... I played a 'bit' further.... and hit the point where I got the message 'town soandso build Moder Armour' - and when I go ther there is no Modern Armour in the town, because there are too many units overall.... that is the one obvious problem you will sometimes run into....

a high number of BUILDABLE units doesn't necessarily mean the AIs will get confused. There seems to be a simple formula dictating what the AI wll build, taking into account both A and D values as well as cost and 'threat'........ actually, that is why the gov suggests the useless units he does :rolleyes:
 
He Farting Bob.. I didnt make the units myself, I downloaded them.

I let my scenario be based upon DyP and its real cool.

Maybe I will include my scenario here soon.
