We don't need an embassy to see Russia's foreign affairs; we already know that from the other side.

We need cash to rush things. I'd rather have a factory or a hospital instead of an ambassador. It's better to plant a spy (when possible).

I voted yes, as it's fairly cheap and we have embassies with every other country in the world.
