To all Governors from the Military Leader

There is no need to produce any more military units unless we intend to use them. We have enough to defend ourselves from attack.

To the governor of the province which contains Iron Hills (presumably Aventine?):

In the 1705AD save, Iron Hills is producing a destroyer with a battleship queued after it. The current destroyer can be changed to a battleship, maintaining the current 1 turn to completion and reducing shields lost to overrun.

After Leader Peri's request, we are still currently producing 15 military units with more in the queues. I think we should be more willing to work with the military leader regarding military production.

No more military units, eh? I can deal with that, except for one thing. I think that we DO need to build a Navy, if only to scare off Transports.

The plan to take Japan's spices is going to the polls in time for the next TC.
If it is approved I would like another 10 tanks please and 3 transports.
The transports must be built in Caelian's east coast cities

I would like to ask the Governors for permission to build spaceship parts in high producing cities instead of queued items once we're able to start a spaceship, provided I wasn't superceding something like a Wonder or important improvement. We may be able to start on our ship this chat.
